PROCEDURE IN OBTAINING AN ALTHONIANS IDENTIFICATION CARD

1.    A member shall have a Permanent ID number i.e. 1968-0001-M.  If you are not sure if you have one, log on to http://althonianscom1.ipage.com/althonians_only.html

2.    If you do not have a Permanent ID No., follow the “Procedure in Obtaining a Permanent ID No.”.

3.    Pay your yearly dues to HQ or “National Office” of P300 per year for minimum years of 2016 and 2017plus the cost of the Althonians ID card for P100.  Total minimum payment excluding delivery charge is P700.

4.    Delivery charges will be:

a.    FREE for minimum of 10 pcs per batch to anywhere in the Philippines thru the chapter officers only.

b.    AT COST for individual delivery:

c.  AT COST for groups outside the Philippines

5.    Remit your total payment (P700 + delivery charge if applicable) to:

6.    Notify Brod “Fernan Adem” thru PM or email (altho68@gmail.com) of your payment by sending a picture copy of the remittance slip and your mailing address, if applicable.

       PROCEDURE IN OBTAINING AN ALTHONIANS PERMANENT ID No.

1.    Contact your chapter Grand Altho and register your details with him/her.

2.    Notice to chapter Grand Altho and/or Keeper of Secrets

a.    Use and follow the instructions on the Althonians Data Form that was posted on Facebook Group.  You can retrieve it on this link.  https://www.facebook.com/groups/althonians/1962114397133822/

b.    Submit the signed certification and data thru PM to Brod “Fernan Adem” or email thru altho68@gmail.com.

3.    After your Permanent ID no. is published, you may revert to “Procedure in Obtaining An Althonians Identification Card”.
